The 2010 International Equestrian Festival will be held in the state-of-the-art Lexington Convention Center adjacent to the 23,000-seat Rupp Arena, in the heart of downtown Lexington, Kentucky. This multi-million dollar independent event spans upwards of 100,000 square feet and includes world-class educational seminars and convention activities. The trade show is directed by industry veteran Kent Hopper of Hopper Expositions, Inc.

"Welcome home to Kentucky!" is the vision for the International Equestrian Festival. The goal is for every visitor to the Commonwealth of Kentucky to see what makes the Bluegrass region such a unique treasure and to encourage visitors to return to Kentucky. Horse Capital’s leadership is dedicated to promoting the remarkable attractions, landscape, people, and hospitality of Kentucky – and the 2010 International Equestrian FestivalTM is the ideal venue for this.

The 2010 International Equestrian Festival will highlight local, regional and international businesses. By showcasing area proprietors and attractions, the 2010 International Equestrian Festival provides an economic driver for Lexington, the Commonwealth of Kentucky, and the entire region. In addition to the 300 exhibitors and vendors, there will be something different for attendees to experience each day including demonstrations in the arena or on the stage, performances, or art exhibits in the hospitality atrium.

Horse Capital Productions, LLC believes in giving back to the industry and community. A portion of the proceeds from the 2010 International Equestrian Festival will be donated to local, national and international charitable horse organizations. Horse Capital Productions is a Lexington-based global enterprise dedicated to promoting the equine industry through entertainment, education, and tourism.
